Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let Envious Skin know as soon as possible. If cancellation is done within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, there will be a 50% fee of the total amount of your scheduled service. The fee will be charged to the card on file. If there is no card on file, you will receive an invoice via email and/or mail. If your remove your card, Envious Skin will continue to charge your card until the transaction is approved. You will not be able to schedule another appointment with Envious Skin until your fee is paid. The fee will not be put towards future services.
No-Shows: If you No Show your appointment, there will be a 50% fee of the total amount of your scheduled service. If there is no card on file, you will receive an invoice via email and/or mail. For all future appointments after a No Show, you will need to prepay your service in full.
Refunds/Exchanges: Envious Skin does not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. Thank you for your anticipated cooperation.
